Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, primatial seat of the Gauls, built between the 12th and 15th centuries in the transition from Romanesque to Gothic, in the heart of Vieux Lyon. It preserves medieval stained glass in the choir and an astronomical clock of medieval origin in the transept arm, famous for its moving figures that activate at certain times of day. Its Gothic façade faces Place Saint-Jean.
