Liberty Bridge

The Ponte della Libertà is the road bridge linking the historic centre of Venice, at Piazzale Roma, with the mainland. For almost its entire length it runs alongside the old railway bridge, which is still in use. On its south side there is a path for pedestrians and cyclists. At the mainland end, the bridge becomes Via Libertà, which separates the districts of Mestre and Marghera.
