London Eye
The London Eye is a large observation wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames, where visitors board sealed, climate-controlled, egg-shaped capsules that turn slowly, allowing them to walk freely and enjoy panoramic views of London for around thirty minutes. From the capsules, landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace can be seen, while the wheel turns at a speed that allows passengers to board and disembark at ground level.
