Roman Forum
CultureVisit: ~180 min
Former public square and the political, religious and commercial centre of Republican and Imperial Rome, in the valley between the Capitoline and the Palatine. The Arch of Septimius Severus, the columns of the Temple of Saturn, the Curia, the Basilica of Maxentius and the Arch of Titus survive. The Via Sacra runs right across it, and the visit is a single archaeological site next to the Colosseum.
