A neoclassical building designed by Theophil Hansen and completed around 1885, funded by the benefactor Simon Sinas. It is part of the so-called «Neoclassical Trilogy» together with the National Library and the University, on Panepistimiou Street. In front are two columns with Apollo and Athena, and seated statues of Plato and Socrates. It is best admired from the outside.
