Bethlehem Chapel
CultureVisit: ~30 min
Gothic chapel founded in 1391, where Jan Hus preached in Czech between 1402 and 1413. It was a centre of the reform movement that preceded the Protestant Reformation. The building was demolished and rebuilt in the 1950s from the original plans. It keeps the large open space without columns, designed to hold thousands of worshippers, and the murals with reformist texts.
