Benedictine monastery in the Břevnov district, founded in 993 by Bishop St Adalbert and Prince Boleslaus II, the first in Bohemia. Its Church of St Margaret is Baroque, the work of Christoph and Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer, from the 18th century. The complex also includes a Romanesque crypt, a garden and a monastery brewery.
