Mosque at Europa Point, opened in 1997 and funded by King Fahd of Saudi Arabia, hence its name. It is one of the largest in the area and stands above the Strait, with a minaret visible from the sea and an Islamic cultural centre. Gibraltar's Muslim community uses it for worship and community life.
