Concert hall and conference centre next to the old harbour, opened in 2011. It was designed by the Danish studio Henning Larsen Architects with the artist Olafur Eliasson, creator of the façade of glass panels in geometric shapes that recall Icelandic basalts. It is home to the Iceland Symphony Orchestra and the Icelandic Opera. The foyer is free to enter.
