CultureVisit: ~180 minFrom €10
The Museum of the Second World War, opened in 2017 in Gdansk, tells the story of the conflict from the point of view of civilians and of the countries of Eastern Europe. The main exhibition is mostly underground, along a very long route. It stands on the banks of the Motława and is recognisable by the tilted tower of its building. The war began in 1939 near this city, at Westerplatte.
