Neo-Rococo theatre on Vinohradská Street, next to the main station and the park, designed by Fellner and Helmer and opened in 1888 as the New German Theatre. Today it is part of the National Theatre and is home to the opera. It has an Italian-style auditorium with gilded decoration and paintings and an exterior with sculptures.
