Vieux Lyon
CultureVisit: ~60 min
Historic district of Lyon, at the foot of Fourvière hill and beside the Saône, made up of the Saint-Jean, Saint-Paul and Saint-Georges quarters. It is one of the largest Renaissance ensembles in Europe and has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage since 1998. Its narrow streets preserve houses from the 15th to the 17th centuries and the traboules, passages that run through the buildings and link one street with another.
