Bourse de Commerce - Pinault Collection
Former commodities exchange of Paris, next to Les Halles, converted into a contemporary art museum for François Pinault's collection and opened in 2021. The Japanese architect Tadao Ando inserted a concrete cylinder into the rotunda that coexists with the glass dome and the 19th-century painted frieze. It is one of the most talked-about spaces in the city for the contrast between heritage and contemporary architecture.
