Torres de Quart
CultureVisit: ~45 min
Defensive gate in València's Christian city wall, built between 1441 and 1460 in the Gothic style, with two large semicylindrical towers joined by a central block. Its stone façade still bears the marks of the cannon shots it received during the French siege of 1808. The towers served as a prison in later centuries and can now be visited and climbed up to the roof terrace, with views over the historic centre.
