Large mural on a party wall of the boulevard des Canuts, in the Croix-Rousse district, first painted in 1987 by the Cité de la Création collective and renovated since. It imitates a street on the hill with stairways, façades and neighbours, in tribute to the canuts, the silk weavers who made the district famous. It is considered one of the largest murals in Europe.
