Seville Military History Museum

The Seville Military History Museum occupies several rooms spread over three floors within the Plaza de España, where visitors can explore exhibitions on Spanish military history, the conquest of Seville, the Peninsular War and 20th-century conflicts, as well as uniforms, edged weapons and firearms, and items relating to the city's ties with the army. On the main floor, short and long guns, sabres, swords, helmets, uniforms and mementoes of historic campaigns are on display, while the upper floor is devoted to flags, standards and guidons from various periods and military units. The ground floor houses artillery pieces, cannons, machine guns, models of the Seville Artillery Factory and a room for temporary exhibitions, allowing visitors to trace the evolution of weaponry and the local military industry.
