La noria se alza 112,5 metros sobre el paseo marítimo de Tempozan, junto al acuario Kaiyukan. El recorrido dura unos 17 minutos y desde las cabinas se divisan la bahía de Osaka, el monte Ikoma, el puente Akashi Kaikyō, el aeropuerto de Kansai y las montañas Rokko. Algunas cabinas son transparentes. Por la noche, la iluminación cambia de color para anticipar el tiempo del día siguiente: naranja para sol, verde para nubes y azul para lluvia.
