Osaka Dome
Kyocera Dome Osaka is a multipurpose covered stadium in Osaka, opened in 1997, with a maximum capacity of 55,000 spectators and 36,220 for baseball games. It has been one of the home grounds of the Orix Buffaloes since 2005, and the Hanshin Tigers occasionally use it as a "home field" for their season openers and August games, since Koshien Stadium is used for school baseball tournaments. Besides baseball, it has hosted mixed martial arts events such as Pride Total Elimination 2005 and Pride Total Elimination Absolute, and its official programme includes concerts by artists such as BABYMONSTER, YOASOBI, INI, BIGBANG, EXILE, Fujii Kaze, LE SSERAFIM, Snow Man, Bruno Mars, BUMP OF CHICKEN, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Da-iCE, ENHYPEN, XG and King Gnu, as well as trade fairs and exhibitions. It can be reached on foot from Dome-mae Chiyozaki Station (Osaka Metro), Dome-mae Station (Hanshin), Taisho Station (JR West, 7 minutes) and Kujō Station (Osaka Metro, 9 minutes).
