Sheikhantaur Complex

Funerary complex in the old town of Tashkent, between Abdulla Qodiriy and Alisher Navoi streets. It grew up around the tomb of the Sufi Khavendi Takhur (Sheikhantaur), who died in the mid-14th century. It preserves his mausoleum, that of Kaldirgach-bi (15th century, conical dome), that of Yunus Khan (late 15th century, in a restricted area) and the Aurad mosque; many buildings were lost in 1924.
