Aljafería Palace
Fortified palace from the 11th century built by the kings of the taifa of Zaragoza, the Banu Hud, and the best example of Hispano-Muslim architecture in the north of the Peninsula. It was the residence of the kings of Aragon and of the Catholic Monarchs, and is now the seat of the Cortes of Aragon. It preserves the Santa Isabel Courtyard, the oratory and the interlaced arcades.
