A viewpoint next to the hermitage, high up in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, with views of the old town, the port and the Mediterranean; it looks best at sunset. The neighbourhood, on the slope of Benacantil, is the most picturesque in Alicante: narrow, steep streets, whitewashed houses and colourful flowerpots. It can only be reached on foot.
