This is the museum dedicated to the soprano Maria Callas, located at 44 Mitropoleos Street, in central Athens, and run by Technopolis, of the Gazi Industrial Archaeology Park. It traces her life and career through texts, objects, videos and unusual sound recordings: her early years and her time in Greece, her international career, her great roles, her personal life and her legacy. The ticket office is on the mezzanine, reached from the Mitropoleos entrance by steps or an electric stairlift, and there is another accessible entrance at 28 Petraki Street, with a ramp and a lift to the other floors. Guided tours in English of about 50 minutes are offered, booked on the museum's website.
