Shanghai Natural History Museum
The Shanghai Natural History Museum occupies a spiral-shaped building inspired by the nautilus shell, inside Jing'an Sculpture Park. It is one of China's great natural science museums: it traces the origin of the universe and of life, evolution, dinosaurs and the ecosystems of every continent, with dioramas such as the African savannah and a hall devoted to Shanghai's natural environment.
