Former Post and Telecommunications Palace of Buenos Aires, in the Monserrat neighbourhood, next to the Central Post Office. The building, in the French academic style, was designed by Norbert Maillart and completed in the mid-20th century. It was converted into the Kirchner Cultural Centre, opened in 2015, with a large symphonic hall, exhibition spaces and terraces, and later renamed Palacio Libertad.
