Shinagawa Aquarium, opened in 1991 under the theme of 'interaction with water', offers visitors an underwater tunnel to immerse themselves in the marine world, as well as dolphin, sea lion and seal shows. Interactive activities are also available, such as feeding the animals, behind-the-scenes tours, workshops and a pearl-extraction experience. The site has a floating restaurant called 'Dolphin' and a rainbow-themed café, as well as a souvenir shop. It is located in Tokyo's Shinagawa ward and can be reached by train or bus.
