Building of 1909-1910 by the architect Max Fabiani, beside the Donaukanal, at the start of Uraniastraße. It houses an adult education centre with a cinema and an astronomical observatory on the roof. Its tower with the URANIA sign is one of the recognisable landmarks on the canal bank.
