The San José flour mill is a late 19th-century industrial building in Toledo, with a brick façade organised on two levels and a gable. On the ground floor, the segmental-arched doorway with a triangular cornice is flanked by round-arched windows with wrought-iron grilles, while the main floor is run through by five round-arched openings. The side façade on Calle Miradero del Barrionuevo has eight round-arched windows per floor, and the interior is resolved as a single nave covered by a metal roof frame. The building is currently occupied by a hotel.
