A covered 19th-century arcade next to İstiklal Street, in Beyoğlu, also known as Cité de Péra, with a Neoclassical façade. Today its inner courtyard is occupied by meyhanes, the Turkish taverns serving mezes, rakı and fish, with outdoor tables and live music.
