Square René-Viviani
NatureVisit: ~30 min
Garden created in 1928 next to the church of Saint-Julien-le-Pauvre, on the Left Bank opposite Notre-Dame. It is home to the oldest tree in Paris, a false acacia (black locust) planted around 1601 by the botanist Jean Robin, protected since 2010 by a circular bench. It offers a classic view of the cathedral across the Seine.
