Diego Rivera Mural Museum
CultureVisit: ~45 min
Museum next to the Alameda Central created to house the mural «Dream of a Sunday Afternoon in the Alameda Central», which Diego Rivera painted in 1947. The building was constructed after the 1985 earthquake, which damaged the hotel where the mural was, and opened in 1986. The work, about fifteen metres long, brings together figures from the history of Mexico.
