Latin American Tower
LeisureVisit: ~60 min
Skyscraper opened in 1956 in the historic centre, opposite the Palacio de Bellas Artes. It was Mexico's first major skyscraper with an earthquake-resistant structure and has withstood the earthquakes of 1957 and 1985. Its viewpoint lets you see the centre, the Alameda and, on clear days, the volcanoes. Many people go up at sunset to watch the city light up.
