The Gustave Moreau Museum occupies the former house and studio of the Symbolist painter Gustave Moreau, where visitors walk through three floors that display his personal world. The visit takes in around 1,300 paintings and watercolours, together with some 5,000 sketches, spread across the museum's different spaces. Admission includes a visit to the artist's original studios on the second and third floors, offering a glimpse of the environment in which Moreau worked.
