La Rosaleda Stadium
La Rosaleda Stadium is the home ground of Málaga Club de Fútbol, with a capacity of 30,778 spectators. Opened in 1941, it was one of the venues of the 1982 World Cup and has hosted matches in European competitions such as the European Cup, the UEFA Cup and the Champions League. Inside is the MCF Museum & Tour, a space opened in 2009 that traces more than a hundred years of the club's history through objects and documents, and next to it the official shop. The stadium has also hosted concerts by artists such as Shakira, Maná and Alejandro Sanz. Visitors can take the museum and tour, buy club merchandise or attend scheduled matches and events.
