Cádiz Cathedral
CultureVisit: ~60 min
The new cathedral of Cádiz, or Cathedral of the Holy Cross, was built between 1722 and 1838 and mixes Baroque and neoclassicism, with a large dome covered in yellow tiles that dominates the city's skyline. It stands by the sea, in Cathedral Square, in the old town. Its crypt holds the remains of the Cádiz composer Manuel de Falla, and you can climb one of its towers to see the city from above.
