Small urban park next to Taksim Square, in the Beyoğlu district, with trees, paths and resting areas in the very centre of the city. It is one of the few green spaces around Taksim, and its immediate surroundings include the Atatürk Cultural Centre and İstiklal Avenue. It was the setting of the 2013 protests. It serves as a pause between the square and the districts of Harbiye and Beşiktaş.
