Baroque church built between 1668 and 1676 in the Antakalnis district. Its exterior is sober, but the interior is covered with more than two thousand white stucco sculptures by Italian artists, among them Giovanni Pietro Perti and Giovanni Maria Galli. Figures of saints, angels, plants and animals cover walls and vaults. It is one of the richest Baroque ensembles in Lithuania.
