Q'enqo is an Inca shrine north of Cusco, near Sacsayhuamán. It consists of a large limestone outcrop carved with zigzag channels, niches and an underground chamber with an altar. The channels are believed to have been used for rituals with liquids, perhaps chicha. In front is a small amphitheatre with a central monolith.
