Oliwa Cathedral, in Gdansk's Oliwa district, was the church of a Cistercian abbey founded in 1186. It is a Gothic cathedral with a long nave, famous for its 18th-century Rococo organ, with thousands of pipes and figures of angels and stars that move as it plays. It stands next to Oliwa Park, which is why it is often combined with the Abbots' Palace.
