A museum behind the cathedral's apse, in the building where the artisans of the Duomo works used to work. It brings together original works from the cathedral, the baptistery and the campanile: Ghiberti's Gates of Paradise, Donatello's Penitent Magdalene, Michelangelo's Bandini Pietà and the choir galleries by Luca della Robbia and Donatello. It reopened in 2015 after a major renovation.
